Where can I find my order number?

Check your order confirmation email for the order number. Use the same email address you entered at checkout. If you can’t find your confirmation, check your spam folder or contact our team.

Why isn’t there a shipping update yet?

Your piece may still be in production or awaiting its first carrier scan. We’ll send your tracking details when it ships. Carrier updates can take time to appear, especially during international transfers.

My order says delivered, but I can’t find it.

Check around your delivery address and with anyone who may have accepted the parcel, then contact the carrier using your tracking details. If you still need help, contact our team with your order number.
